Asian Weightlifting Championships 2015 day 3

Today (08/09/15) the competitions were held in the categories -69 kg (men) and -63 kg (women).

Men -69 kg

In this category, initially, there were two leaders: the Olympic Champion (London) LIN Qingfeng and North Korean KIM Myong Hyok.

Kim Myong Hyok took the "gold" with his 338 kg (snatching 152 and clean and jerking 186 kg). Lin Qingfeng was the second with 331 kg(He snatched 150 and clean and jerked 181 kg).

Women -63 kg

ZHOU Wenyu from China took the first place lifting 240 kg in total. SIRIKAEW Pimsri from Thailand achieved the silver and AIVANBAEVA Faina was the 3rd with 229 kg (total).

Let us notice, that the Champion of Yulia Kalina would be the second with her 238 kg.
