Getting in shape

Before we begin

One can never get in shape in 2 days or in a month or effortlessly!

So, if you want to get in shape, for example, in a week, don't waste your time reading this.

The very first thing you should remember: it is impossible to reach success in a short period of time or effortlessly! Every pound of muscles is gained over the hard work and every pound of fat costs everyday efforts.

We will post on this topic from time to time.

What to start with?

It's recommended to start trainings with running as running is easy-to-learn complex exercise that helps to improve the performance of large number of muscles. The nature has given you the ability to run instantly, without any preparation.

Why running for the first?

1.Running is one of the easiest exercises.

2.It is also the most common training exercise.

3.One doesn't need equipment (except running shoes and proper clothes)

4.You will at least be able to run away from your stronger opponents if you want to. :D​​

Running is considered to be to be the oldest sport.

This is not just a sport or just a hobby: all of us have inherited the passion of running (to various degree :D ) from our ancestors.

Several tips for a beginner

1. When to start? This morning or tonight! You don't want to wait for monday all your life, do you?

2. Where to run? Try outside running for the first. Prefer parks and places where there are few cars and people.

3. Give your body the needed rest time:

Try to train 3 days a week at first, letting your body to have a rest.

4. Stretch before you run, if you have enough time (it is obligatory though).

5. Avoid running when having an injury: Lighter injuries may cause you much more inconvenience if you haven't treated them properly.

6. Try to land on your toes when running in order not to cause knee injuries. This will cause you some inconvenience at the beginning of your training period, but later you'll feel it easier.

7. Wear lighter shoes. A lighter and well suited footwear will help you to improve your performance!
